Terms and Conditions

 1. We won't sell product to anyone who is under 18 years old. By placing an order with 6 wines you are confirming that you are 18 years old or older. It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

2. 6 wines shall make every effort to ensure that all prices, details and sizes of products are up to date.  All orders are subject to availability and 6 wines reserves the right to reject an order if any products or services become unavailable.  In the event of this occurring the customer will be informed by email before the requested delivery date and be offered a suitable alternative or to refund the order.

3. Wine is subject to vintage changes.  Whilst every effort will be made to supply the vintage ordered, in certain instances we reserve the right to supply an alternative vintage provided the quality is comparable and the cost is no greater to you.  

4. If your order is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, you should notify us as soon as possible. All affected bottles will be either replaced or refunded.

5. We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the product. In particular we will not be liable for spillages or breakages.

6. We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass on your details to any third parties.

7. 6 wines reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
